To make the experience smooth and joyful,
here are a few simple tips for a successful session!
Outfit for Your Little One
I know moms love to buy and choose outfits for their babies – so feel free to bring your favorite ones!
Please bring one outfit for the session and a second one for after the cake
(just in case things get wonderfully messy 😊).
I also offer a selection of cute outfits at the studio – you're welcome to use them!
Quick Tip
Choose soft, neutral colors like beige, cream, white, or pastels – they photograph beautifully and won’t distract from your baby.
Avoid busy patterns or logos.
🍰 The Cake
Because kids might have allergies or sensitivities, the cake must be provided by the parents.
Please make sure the cake is: Soft and easy to smash,
You can also bring a plain, undecorated cake – I have a collection of cake toppers and props we can use to add a touch of style.
Favorite Toy
Bring a favorite toy or comfort item – it can help your child feel safe and relaxed during the session.
Snacks and Drinks
for a Child
It’s a great idea to bring a few favorite snacks or milk – especially if your little one needs a quick break or encouragement.
Come Well-Rested
The best time for photos is after a nap and a meal – when your baby is rested and happy.
Don’t Worry
Every child is unique – some are eager to dive into the cake or quickly feel comfortable in a new place, while others need a little more time. And that’s completely normal. :)
Sometimes little ones just aren’t in the mood to smile or play – and that’s totally okay, too.
I’ll do my very best to gently guide the session and capture beautiful,
moments – no matter the mood.
Take a deep breath, enjoy this special moment, and let your baby be themselves – that’s when the magic happens!
